I've never been more disappointed in a purchase. 18 days later(and counting) I still don't have a working oven. They have defective parts that are backordered with no indication when they'll be back in stock. Save yourself the money and hassle by buying a different product.

It's a nice 5 burner stove with a clean white look. Has very heavy duty cast iron grates that give a solid & level cooktop surface across the 5 burners. Should have take those out of the stove BEFORE lugging it up 5 flights of stairs though.

I've only had my gas range for a few weeks but so far everything is working beautifully and I love the look of it in my kitchen. The reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because I'm not sure I like the stove top grates so high up. I'm used to them being closer to the burners. I also hope that the grates don't scratch the finish on the stove top because there's no rubber feet on them

I cooked my first pizza from scratch. It came out excellently cooked. I like the stove. Just worried because its my first non self cleansing stove in years. So far i am using an oven liner on the bottom rack for spills

My new gas stove works well so far. It is easy to use and so far, does what it is supposed to do.. i am please to get the bottom storage door and the broiler on the top of the oven. Haven't cooked a lot in the oven because its summer but a little worried about cleanup of oven after years of self cleaning ovens.Have to get used to it

So far I love the range. The oven preheats like lightning! I am disappointed in the control panel, though - because we recently lost power and even using the directions and UTube, it took me forever to reset the clock and I'm still not sure how I did it. It's definitely not user friendly in that department and seriously, how hard would it be to have that (and a timer) be a stand alone feature on the control panel?

I don't know how the stove is getting so many good reviews. It's very cheaply made. On the door glass, there is already stains in between it that I cannot remove. The top of the stove has chipped already. The silver burners will not come clean.

It was delivered with 4/5 black tips for the burners so I can™™t actually use my stovetop to its fullest potential. Getting a replacement piece for what we delivered MISSING, has been difficult. My top left burner is nonfunctional because of it. So that is why it is getting 4/5. Pictures below is the stove delivered and you can SEE the black piece is missing from the delivery on the top left corner. Was shipped a non completed project.

I am very happy with my new Frigidaire gas range. It is easy to use and clean after using. The only problem I had until I read the instructions, was setting up the clock. I love to bake so the oven was the most important part for me, simple and easy to use. I would recommand this model to anyone who needs a great range. Thank you

I am so pleased with my new Frigidaire range and pleasantly surprised with the extra eye on top of stove. Getting use to broiler and oven in same location and thanks for the extra storage on bottom that also was a welcomed surprise.

Love the cover-all grates that do not shift when moving a pot/pan from one burner to another. My last stove had grates that would slide out of the pockets. I almost got burned several times. We also like having the broiler inside the over. Before we had that drawer below which was difficult to use and to keep eye on food. We are enjoying cooking much more now.

Very pleased with the appearance and performance. I like that the oven door does not get hot since there are young children. And when oven is on you can still use stove top, friend has newer stove if oven is on you cannot cook from oven heat over burners. Like the grill tip gives more space. Thank also for the instruction information. I tried to fill out a survey March 4or 5 not sure it went through this text and email new to me.

When I was growing up all our appliances were Frigidaire. All of them. Back then you had a Frigidaire appliance store . I remember going with my Dad when we finally were lucky enough to get a dishwasher. Mr Costello owned the place. He knew everyone and that™™s the customer service everyone received. Personal, friendly and trustworthy. It matched our refrigerator and we were the talk of the neighborhood. So when we needed a new stove naturally I looked into Frigidaire. The experience although online was just a perfect as it was all those years ago. Emails, text messages, follow ups, constant conversations so I knew exactly when our stove was shipped, where it was on the delivery day, the time etc. not one issue. None. The same wonderful customer experience my folks had all those years ago was exactly the service I receive now. What other brand or company can you honesty say has kept their standard of service over all these years ? Figidaire. A brand you can still depend on.

It™™s so shiny ! So much better than my last oven/stove. However, it was delivered with one of the burners missing. The top left gas cap is missing so the burner won™™t ignite, but at this moment idc. Even in the photo it™™s missing (which I didn™™t notice until everyone left ofc)

this one replaced my 27 year old Frigidaire gas oven. it™™s so much improved over the last one! Burners light faster. and, my new one has a 5th burner, yeah! Stronger, better easier to remove burner covers and grates. Interior isn™™t self clean BUT, I didn™™t like to use that feature in old one because of the extreme heat and safety issues. The interior is easy to wipe down or use a gentle cleaning product. THANK YOU SPENCER™™S for another great purchase. I™™ve been a customer since the early 90™™s!!

Just what I needed to replace my 27 year old range that bit the dust on Christmas day. Love that the broiler is in the oven vs underneath in a dusty pull-out. Pull-out space is reserved for extra storage for frequently used items. I like it.
