This dishwasher is of course smaller. But, it works great for a single individual. I do still wash my pans by hand as there's not a lot of room for them. But plates, glassware and silverware come out sparkling. It's really quiet too

The positive points about this dishwasher is that although it is compact, it fits more dishes and silverware than I had anticipated. The negative part, which is significant, is that is is VERY, VERY noisy. You cannot have a conversation in the room when it is on.

I learned the hard way--after installation--that the manufacturer doesn't recommend the use of dishwasher pods. This dishwasher can only accept detergent powder that is messy and less convenient than the pods. This is an important design consideration that is not obvious with the product literature or owner's manual, but is confirmed by customer servce.

Do not buy this dishwasher. 2 years old defective item with denied recall, the outside left housing of the dishwasher leaks and gives an I4 code. Not possible to repair because the whole cabin needs to be replaced and that means the whole dishwasher. Customer service was unable to help and recommended to buy another one.

I knew Fridgidaire had a good reputation in the appliance world. I was never one to use a dishwasher, ever! The new house was an opportunity to give it a whirl. I picked out the 18" dishwasher and boy does it wash! I do wish the prongs you set dishes between were laid out a bit different but if it cleans my dishes as well as this, I can't complain! I'm always left with sparkling, squeaky clean dishes! The buttons are easy to use and set up was relatively quick, and this is all coming from an anti-dishwasher person!

Machine washes well and can fit a lot of dishes (does require a bit of Tetris). Great for a small spaces. The prongs for plates and such are slanted which makes loading certain dishes or styles of plates difficult.

I bought this dishwasher about three years ago, because I needed the 18™€ size instead of the standard 24™€. It does a decent job of cleaning, but the dish rack is poorly made. The coated divider tines started rusting through and breaking off less within the first year. For that reason, I would recommend going with a different brand.

The dishwasher in function is awesome. It is super quiet and washes our dishes beautifully. I love the sleek look and installation was pretty straight forward. Had to do a plumbing work around to connect the hot water. However, I have already had to schedule a service call after3 months. Four rivets popped loose on the flange that holds the door gasket against the sidewall. I can™€™t operate the lower tray unless I push this flange in at each of the four tray rollers. Very frustrating.

This is a tough review in that the first dishwasher of the same model number didn™€™t work from day one and after hours of wasted time with customer service and the repair company they finally authorized a return of the bad unit. This was over a two month period. With trepidation I went ahead and got the same model, installed it and it has worked perfectly since. I™€™m keeping my fingers crossed that there are no problems and I have to deal with Frigidaire customer service again

Painfully small and wildly overpriced. This came with the house I purchased and I have hated it since day one. It does an okay job washing but just can't keep up with the dish load. Thankfully I'm installing new cabinets now so I can fit an adult sized dishwasher which somehow costs less than the MSRP of this model.Baby dishwashers are probably worthwhile in an RV, tiny home, or a mini bar but not in a busy kitchen.

I've used this dishwasher for only two weeks so far, and dishes are coming out spotlessly clean in most cases. The one hour cleaning cycle saves me time and seems to get the job done as well as a normal cycle. The main controls are easy to use, and the filter is easy to remove and clean. Whether the controls and internal parts are durable is unknown. My main criticism of the dishwasher so far is that the utensil caddy fits only in the far back of the bottom rack. It's a real pain to have to stoop down and either reach back there or roll the whole rack out every time I want to put a fork or spoon in the dishwasher, and it would make more sense to put the caddy in the front or at least the middle. The 18" Bosch dishwasher I wanted had a top utensil tray, which is far more convenient, but alas that dishwasher was out of stock or discontinued when I needed to buy new appliances.
